We are dedicated in developing player/coaching talent from the age of 3 to the mature player, coaches and organizations is a Pro Way Baseball specialty and tradition.
With a home base in Victoria, British Columbia, head instructor and owner, Marty Hall is a product of a baseball playing career in the Oakland Athletics and Houston Astros organizations. Marty is also a professional baseball coach-instructor drawing on experience from the Victoria Capitals of the Canadian Baseball League and the Victoria based high school Baseball-Softball Academy.

Coaching baseball players locally, provincially, nationally and inter-nationally for nearly two decades and instructing in his own Pro Way Baseball Clinics for the last 15 years, Marty Hall has earned the highest acolades as a teacher.
